Choosing professional guidance
Your Realtor Should Do More Than Open Doors.
Buying a home can feel stressful and overwhelming. A strong buyer’s agent brings experience, organization and calm to a process they work through regularly—guiding you from preparation through closing, not simply scheduling showings.
They should explain your representation agreement and compensation, help you evaluate homes and value, negotiate, protect deadlines, coordinate the transaction, and offer a network of lenders, inspectors, title companies and contractors for you to consider.
